Stations are operated by CPCB, SPCBs, DPCC, CECB, BSPCB, MPCB, HSPCB and other state agencies.
AQI values are derived from pollutant sub-indices and interpreted under CPCB's six-band AQI framework.
The network supports city-wise and station-wise AQI reporting through the broader CCR information system.
